‘MOLLY SCHROEDER’ VIBURNUM
Bloom! Plant Pick of the Week – May 31, 2017
Viburnum plicatum ‘Molly Schroeder’ is a beautiful shrub that fits into a variety of garden settings… the staff at Bloom loves the showy pink flowers, unique among viburnums, and lovely horizontal tiered architecture characteristic of the doublefile varieties. Doublefile viburnums are also known as Japanese snowballs, and are native to mainland China, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Unlike some of our native viburnums like Cranberrybush and Arrowwood Viburnums, they are resistant to the Viburnum Leaf Beetle.
